Support Tips:

1. White list or Add our Domain and Email address to your allowed senders list.  The largest single compliant
we receive about e-mail support is a customer will mistakenly think we have not responded to them when
their answer was sent to their bulk mail folder by their spam filtering software.  Please make sure you check
your bulk e-mail folder before you send a duplicate support request.

2. E-Mail us from the account you are registered under or include that e-mail address as a reference along
with your full name.

3. Always include a subject in your e-mail request.

4. When responding to an e-mail from support. Hit the reply button instead of sending a brand new message.

5. If you are using any type of spam filtering software or have a bulk folder through your e-mail provider.
Please add support@amfam.org and the domain AmFam.org  to your allowed senders list.
